Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactOkay so this is my second Critique so don't expect it to be great XD.
Pros: The mane and tail looks amazing. I love the design. the cutiemark is very original. I love the wings, and the anatomy is very good! The light colors really contrast well with the NEON colors.
Cons: The shading on the neck is a bit dark ( made that mistake a few times my self XD ). They shading on the eye goes to white.
Other then all of that this picture is an amazing piece of art ( better then what I can do XD ). All in all, Amazing job.
